Q: When will I receive my order?

A: Shipping information and tracking number is provided as soon as your order ships. Orders are shipped via USPS and/or UPS. Once shipped please allow 3-7 business days to receive your order.

Q: Can I color my wig?

A: YES! All wigs can be be colored and/or bleached to your liking. Letting a professional color your hair is recommended if you are not familiar with the dying process. If you purchase a wig that has been colored by us, you should let a professional strip the color and re-dye it for you.

Q: May I get a refund if I don’t like the hair?

A: We guarantee that this hair would be some of the best you’ve ever had BUT in the event you are not happy with your bundles as soon as you get them you may send them back for a full refund if they have not been washed, dyed, or sewn in ( still in original packaging). Shipping is not refunded.

Q: Can I cancel my order before it ships?

A: Yes! You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. This is with the exception of custom wigs.

Q: When will my wig ship?

A: Pre-made wigs that are in stock are ready to be shipped. They will be shipped out within 2-3 business days. Custom wigs will be shipped 7-10 business days after deposit is received. Please note: (full payment is required for custom wigs to be shipped). Pre-orders require a 7-14 day processing time. 

Q: Why do colored wigs cost so much more than black wigs?

A: Most colored wigs are made using 613 Russian Blonde hair which is more expensive than natural black hair. The 613 hair makes any color pop and makes the dying process quicker.

Q: What is a closure?

A: A closure is a 4x4 or 5x5 lace with 100% Raw Virgin hair sewn on to it. It is great for middle and side part sew ins and or wigs and protects your natural hair from heat damage.

Q: Are wigs refundable?

A: No. Since all wigs are made custom and you are choosing the color, texture, and length, they may not be refunded.
